Cold drying machine is a kind of equipment that uses the working principle of cooling condensation to dry compressed air. It is mainly composed of heat exchange system, refrigeration system and electrical control system. The hot and humid compressed air containing moisture from the air compressor is first pre-cooled by the air-to-air heat exchanger.
Then after the pre-cooled air, in the air to refrigerant heat exchanger is further cooled by the refrigerant circulation loop of the cold dryer, and has been cooled to the pressure dew point from the evaporator for heat exchange, so that the temperature of compressed air is further reduced.
After the compressed air into the evaporator, heat exchange with the refrigerant, compressed air temperature drops to 0℃-8℃, water in the air at this temperature precipitation, through the condenser condenses the condensed water oil and impurities separation, through the automatic drainer discharged out of the machine. The dry low temperature air will enter the air for heat exchange of the air exchanger, and output after the temperature rises, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of condensation in the pipeline. The bypass valve can automatically adjust the amount of cold coal passing according to the requirements of load changes.
Energy saving:
The aluminum alloy three-in-one heat exchanger design minimizes the process loss of the cooling capacity and improves the recycling of the cooling capacity. Under the same processing capacity, the total input power of this model is reduced by 15-50%
High Efficiency:
The integrated heat exchanger is equipped with guide fins to make the compressed air evenly exchange heat inside, and the built-in steam-water separation device is equipped with a stainless steel filter to make the water separation will be more thoroughly.
